"Make no little plans;
they have no magic
to stir men's blood...
Make big plans...
aim high in hope
and work."

Any successful project or policy starts with an effective public participation program. By engaging your community in an open and thorough dialogue you will:

  • address community concerns
  • evaluate options
  • develop a solution that fits within the context of the community

Established in 2005, AIM Consulting, Inc. (AIM) is a public participation and facilitation consulting practice with clients throughout Northern California.

Specializing in transportation, transit, water, wastewater, and land use projects, our professionals maintain a community-based approach that establishes a collaborative, consensus-building process for diverse stakeholder groups.

This approach allows stakeholders to not only meet the laws and requirements of state and federal agencies for project approval, but also to identify and address potential issues and opportunities to assure that a policy and/or project fits within the context of the organization or community, and provides maximum benefits.

We understand that one size does not fit all, and it is important to meet with stakeholders, listen to and understand their concerns prior to developing a solution. We reach out to all potential stakeholders, ask the right questions and build consensus through understanding and common goals.
